Do I need an appointment?
No — walk-ins are always welcome. Just come in during store hours.
How long does it take?
If you're getting prints, about 15 minutes. If you only need a digital file, you'll be in and out in around 5 minutes.
What should I wear?
Plain, dark clothing works best. Avoid busy patterns, logos, or white tops.
What if my photo gets rejected?
We'll redo it free of charge.
Can I get prints and a digital file?
Yes, we offer printed photos, digital files, or both depending on your country's requirements.
Do you do baby and child photos?
Yes, for children 3 months and older. Baby passport photos are trickier than they look and we know how to get it right.
